Das steckt im DLC
Mit „Terracrypt“ wurde das erste richtig große DLC für PixARK angekündigt. Darin wird es uns in den Untergrund verschlagen. Dort erkunden wir zwölf Biome und stoßen dabei auf viele Neuerungen.
PixARK: Terracrypt schickt uns auf ein völlig neues Abenteuer: Nach einer Bruchlandung folgen wir einem Notsignal tief in eine weitläufige Grotte, in der eine geheimnisvolle Macht ein jahrhundertealtes Geheimnis hütet. Wir durchqueren insgesamt zwölf unterschiedliche Biome, die jeweils ihre eigene Atmosphäre, Gefahren und Überlebensregeln mitbringen.
Dort unten entdecken wir insgesamt elf neue Spezies sowie neue Fraktionen. In diesem versunkenen Reich schmieden wir Bündnisse und bilden Koalitionen, um einen mächtigen Feind zu besiegen, bevor er den Planeten vernichtet. Jede Ebene erfordert Anpassung.
Ausgestattet mit fortschrittlichen neuen Technologien können wir kreativere Basen entwerfen und errichten. „Nebenbei“ erschaffen wir auch Leben: Dank genetischer Modifikationen sind wir in der Lage, einzigartige Kreaturen zu erschaffen und neue Pflanzenarten zu züchten. Durch automatisierte Produktionssysteme wird die Arbeit in der Basis erledigt und wir können uns voll und ganz auf den Abstieg konzentrieren.
