Der Entwickler Treetop und der Publisher Over the Moon haben den Release von Terrorbytes fixiert. Außerdem wurde eine Demo-Version veröffentlicht in der ihr die ersten beiden Level spielen könnt. Die Early Access-Fassung erscheint am 22. Oktober 2024 (PC – Steam) und bietet fünf Level, vier spielbare Charaktere, fünf Tools und Upgrades für unseren Schutzraum.

Der Entwickler Treetop und der Publisher Over the Moon haben Terrorbytes angekündigt. Der Titel setzt auf Koop für bis zu vier Spieler, Horror und Comedy. Die Vorbilder der Entwickler waren Tron und Stranger Things. Am 14. Oktober 2024 wird eine Demo-Version live gehen, die ihr auf dem PC via Steam spielen könnt.

From Stranger Things, we learned that the wonder and nostalgia of the 80’s allows us to create a vibe that’s tense and scary, but also fun and playful, and that balance is what Terrorbytes is all about: four kids, playing with being ‘rebellious’ and ‘bad,’ break into an arcade and have an encounter with actual, real evil. It’s a classic story in a new, fun format!”
